Terms of service
Quando Vieni is an online booking service that businesses (restaurants, beach clubs, rentals) subscribe to in order to receive bookings and orders. By using this site you accept the following.
1. Who does what
The contract for the service you book or order (table, beach umbrella, rental, menu order, home delivery) is between you and the business, not with us. We provide the tool through which the booking or order is taken and, where applicable, paid for: we do not own venues, beaches or vehicles, we do not provide the service, and we are not responsible for its quality, actual availability or the conduct of either party.
2. Your account
- some services can be booked without an account, by leaving your name, email and phone; others require an account with a confirmed email address;
- the details you enter must be true and up to date;
- you are responsible for anything done with your credentials;
- rentals only: you must meet the age and licence requirements of the vehicle and of the business and, if the business asks for documents, you must book with an account whose email has been confirmed.
3. Bookings, orders and payments
- depending on the business, you pay online through PayPal or on site or on delivery; when you pay online the amount goes directly to the business's own PayPal account: the platform takes no commission;
- a booking paid online is complete when the payment succeeds; until then availability is held for you only for a limited time;
- for home delivery orders you give an address and phone number; any delivery fee is based on distance and is shown to you before you confirm;
- rentals only: if the business asks for documents, the booking is complete once the business has checked them; if it does not accept them the booking is declined and any refund is handled by the business;
- prices, discounts, cancellation and refund conditions are set by each business.
4. Deposit (rentals only)
When the business requires one, the deposit does not go through the platform and is not part of the online payment: you leave it directly with the business when you pick up the vehicle or when it is delivered to you, in cash or as a credit card hold, and you get it back on return according to their conditions.
5. Documents (rentals only)
The documents you upload (identity document, driving licence) allow the business to check who you are and that you may ride or drive the vehicle. They are stored in a private area and deleted after the period stated in the privacy notice. Uploading false documents, or someone else's, means the booking will be declined.
6. Business subscriptions
- the business chooses its services (Restaurant, Beach, Rentals; the Digital menu is included with Restaurant and Beach) and a Monthly, Quarterly or Annual plan; longer plans and combining several services are discounted;
- there is a 14-day free trial, with no card required;
- the subscription is paid through PayPal, renews automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard: it stays active until the end of the period already paid for;
- on expiry or suspension the business's public page stops accepting bookings and then is no longer reachable, while the data remains available from the dashboard;
- the business is responsible for the accuracy of the information published, for its prices, its menu (including allergens) and its tax obligations towards its own customers.
7. Fair use
You may not attempt to access other people's data, overload the service, publish unlawful content or use the platform for anything other than booking the services offered by the businesses. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: outages for maintenance, faults or external causes are possible.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced by email.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. Court of jurisdiction: <foro competente> . Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
